First – sorry about the footage that looks like it was filmed in an earthquake I (Alex) am learning to operate our fancy new camera. Emily and I ice skate and ski, respectively, across Grewingk Lake to Grewingk Glacier which is just across Kachemak Bay from Homer. It’s a unique way to see a glacier that few have the chance to do and it’s something we’ve talked about doing for a long time.
